Responsibilities
1. Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
2. Conducts monthly medication storage area inspection
3. Conducts monthly medication cart inspection
4. Conducts monthly emergency box inspection and notifies pharmacy of outdates
5. Conduct narcotic audits when requested
6. Communicates problems to facility
7. Help organize and maintain medical library
8. Calling Physicians as appropriate
9. Assist in inspection, stocking and maintenance of automated dispensing systems, medication carts etc
10. Act as a liason between the facility and pharmacy when problems or issues are communicated by either party.
11. Ensuring the physical appearance of the pharmacy products at the facility is satisfactory.
12. Providing exceptional customer service consistently. 13. Additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities

3. Counting pills
4. Answering the telephone
5. Using the cash register
6. Pricing, Ordering, Handling Deliveries, Stocking Shelves
7. Calling Physicians as appropriate
8. Taking refill prescriptions from patients over the telephone
9. Checking in weekly medications order according to store procedures
10. Ensuring the physical appearance of the pharmacy is appealing and customer friendly
11. Providing exceptional customer service consistently.
12. Acquiring accurate new patient information for the customer profile
13. Additional duties as assigned
