Pharmacist

Full Time/Part Time

Responsibilities
1. Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
2. Filling prescriptions on the computer
3. Counting pills
4. Answering the telephone
5. Using the cash register
6. Pricing, Ordering, Handling Deliveries, Stocking Shelves
7. Calling Physicians as appropriate
8. Taking refill prescriptions from patients over the telephone
9. Ensuring the physical appearance of the pharmacy is appealing and customer friendly
10. Providing exceptional customer service consistently.
11. Acquiring accurate new patient information for the customer profile
12. Compounds and Dispenses prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care, according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements.
13. Reviews prescriptions issued by physicians, or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, mixing ingredients. 14. Directs pharmacy workers engaged in mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.

Pharmacy Technician-LTC Facility Based

Full Time/Part Time

Responsibilities
1. Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
2. Conducts monthly medication storage area inspection
3. Conducts monthly medication cart inspection
4. Conducts monthly emergency box inspection and notifies pharmacy of outdates
5. Conduct narcotic audits when requested
6. Communicates problems to facility
7. Help organize and maintain medical library
8. Calling Physicians as appropriate
9. Assist in inspection, stocking and maintenance of automated dispensing systems, medication carts etc
10. Act as a liason between the facility and pharmacy when problems or issues are communicated by either party.
11. Ensuring the physical appearance of the pharmacy products at the facility is satisfactory.
12. Providing exceptional customer service consistently. 13. Additional duties as assigned

Pharmacy Technician

Full Time/Part Time
